· THE BRUSH ACADEMIC TEAM BROUGHT HOME THE 1ST PLACE TROPHY THIS SATURDAY WHEN THEY COMPETED IN THE FIRESTONE ACADEMIC CHALLENGE TOURNAMENT!

· Attention students! Brush Soundsation Show Choir auditions are here. You can choose to attend auditions tonight from 6-9 or tomorrow from 6-9. Auditions will begin in the choir room, room c109. See you there! There will also be some free cookies for those who we see at auditions. (3/17)
· Attention, Environmental Club members! Don't forget our meeting on Tuesday, March 18, immediately after school in A201. We will be discussing the fundraiser and celebrating our recycling grant.(3/18)
· ATTENTION ALL DRAMA CLUB MEMBERS!!!! If you missed the meeting last week, we are having another meeting this Thursday, March 20 @ 3 in RM C115. It will be a very brief meeting but we would like ALL drama club members to attend!!! Thank you very much and we hope to see you all there.(3/20)
· Attention ALL Juniors!!
It is time for the Class of 2015 to submit designs for our senior shirts. Class of 2015, you may submit your senior shirt design to Mr. Jacquet's mail box in the main office. Class of 2015, senior shirt designs are due to Mr. Jacquet by March 21st. It's your shirt why not your design. (3/21)
· SENIORS MUST TURN IN THEIR PICTURES TO MR. LAPLANCHE, D-210, FOR THE SENIOR SEND OFF ASSEMBLY. THE LAST DATE TO TURN IN YOUR PICTURES IS APRIL 4, 2014. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR PICTURES THAT YOU SUBMIT. THANKS!(4/4)
· There will be an Aspirations meeting in the Guidance Conference Area on Wednesday at 3pm. Please plan on attending, as this is an important meeting. Aspirations team members will be counting the returned Spirit Week Surveys. Again please plan on attending Wednesday's Aspirations meeting in the Guidance Conference Room.(3/19)
· Anyone who wants to work stage crew for this year's musical, The Music Man, is to see Dylan Lawson or Mr. Bubnow in the AV department as soon as possible. We will need approximately eight to ten people.(3/14)
· Attention Seniors!! As you are aware there isn’t much going on in the month of March. We encourage you to start to focus on your grades and your student fee balance. Your grades and your student fees are critical factors that will jeopardize your participation in the June 5, 2014 Commencement Ceremony. To keep up with the status of your grades and fees, you and your parents may go the links on our SEL website. Your grades are in Progress Book and your fee balance can be found in S-P-S-EZ-Pay. · Attention Freshman and Sophomore students Buy your 2013-2014 class t-shirt, which are being displayed in the cafeteria showcases. Order forms will be available in the Principal’s Office. The cost will be $10 to $15, depending on your choice. As the orders pile in, we decided to give you guys an extra week to buy your class T-shirt. Hurry in and buy your T-shirt before time runs out. The sell is over 3/21/2014. If you have any questions see Maurice Swift, Freshmen President, Clarke Wheeler, Freshmen Vice President or Rhya Hampton, Sophomore Vice President. SPORTS
Congratulations to the Brush High School Track Team for their performance at Friday's indoor meet at the Spire Institute in Geneva Ohio. Asia Reynolds once again won the 60 meter high hurdles and ran outstanding in the 200 meters also. Kiearra DeBase won her heats in the 60 and 200 meters finishing 6th and 8th overall. Shot Putter Dominique Dalton won that event in her first performance of the season with a throw of 29 feet 7.25 inches. Davontae Sheppard won his heat in the 60 meters while Maurice Lovette won his heat in the 400 meters. Mia Williams, Marcellus Byrd, and Stephen Shorts competed well also. Outdoor practice has begun. All athletes are to be at the track after school at 3:15pm. (3/17)
