REPORTING

Reports will be available via the program tile that appears on the Dealer’s earnPOWER landing page.

OPTIONAL METHOD FOR DESIGNATING AN ALTERNATE ADMINISTRATOR (PROXY)

·  The Dealer Executive will see the GM Accessories Sales Manager Bonus Program tile when then log in.

o  If the program tile is not visible, the Dealer should contact Program Headquarters at 877-878-3564

·  If the Dealer Executive wants to delegate enrollment responsibilities to someone other than him/herself, follow these steps. If they have more than one BAC, they will need a delegate at each BAC.

o  Call Program Headquarters at 877-878-3564.

o  Explain that the BAC wants to add a person as an enroller for the GM Accessories Sales Manager Program.

o  The Program HQ agent will ask for and record the following details:

§  BAC

§  Name and GMIN of Dealer Executive listed in the GM Training file

§  Name and GMIN of the enrollment delegate

o  Program HQ will verify that the delegate has an existing earnPOWER profile.

§  If they do not have an earnPOWER profile, the agent will ask the person to log into GlobalConnect, link to earnPOWER, create a profile and then call back.

o  Program HQ will then add the earnPOWER program tile for the delegate.

o  The next time the person logs in to earnPOWER, they will see the tile.

·  If the person calling cannot provide the details listed above, the call will be escalated. If necessary, Maritz will validate the request with a GM field person.

Message: if a BAC wants to allocate to someone whose GMIN is associated with a different BAC

·  If a dealership wants to allocate to someone at that BAC who has a GMIN associated with a different BAC in the GM Training file, this message will be displayed:

o  “The person you’re trying to allocate to has a GMIN that is associated with a different BAC in the GM Training file. Please work with your dealership’s Partner Security Coordinator to align the GMIN with your dealership’s BAC. Once that step is complete, you can allocate points to that person.”

Message: if an enroller has a different BAC than what is displayed on the program page

·  If an enroller sees a BAC on the enrollment page that is different from the BAC he/she works for, the enroller will need to go through GlobalConnect to align their GMIN with the correct BAC. The dealership’s Partner Security Coordinator can help.
