All rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 14 per cent, 1% Tourism Levy and Breakfast. You may cancel your reservation up to the 27nd March 2015 with full refund less an administration fee of R228.00. Reservations cancelled after 27nd March 2015 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

·  59 – 31 Days – 50% Cancellation fees apply

·  30 – 0 Days – 100% Cancellation fees apply

Transfer: If you would like to book transfers between O.R. Tambo International Airport and the appointed accommodation in Pretoria, please fill out the details below. A pre-booked and pre-paid transfer costs ZAR 650.00 per person, one way. Transfers not paid in full by the 19 April 2015, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.
