  57. Suspicion raised given high number of false positives
  58. Investigation resulted identified a specific ‘lot’ of collection tubes
  59. Negative results are considered RELIABLE
  60. The concern is false positives, which may have led to the unnecessary initiation of LTBI therapy
  61. Recommendation: Repeat QFT or place a PPD to confirm original positive QFT
  62. CONTINUE THERAPY until proven negative sputum.

  116. All waterfront providers are required to recertify in SAFE for 2014 by September 1st
  117. Requirements include:

  119. Print up certificate and bring to waterfront meeting or QA
  120. Take CNSP test at waterfront meeting or QA
  121. Examination will be administered at June 25th Waterfront Meeting
