and Guyer Softball Players & Alumni

Wildcat Softball Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals that are essential for any young softball player. Fundamentals will include: Proper throwing technique, Infield and Outfield Play, Hitting, Pitching and Baserunning.

Ages:1st-5th Grade* 6th-9th Grade*

Time:9:00 – 11:00 am11:30 am – 1:30 pm

Player may be an incoming 9thgrader.

Cost:$70 per camper (includes t-shirt)

($60 per camper for two or more members of the same family.)

Registration begins on May 1st and continues until camp begins on June 11th. Early registration is recommended, although you may register on the first day of camp.

I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian of ______authorize said child’s participation in Guyer Wildcat Softball Camp. In and for consideration of my child’s participation in the camp, I agree that I will not hold Coach Medford, his staff, Denton Independent School District, or its employees responsible for any loss, damages, or personal injuries that my child may receive as a result of participation. This waiver of liability expressly includes camp activities, or while in, on or upon the premises whereby the activity is being conducted and transportation to and from, or in connection with said camp. I also agree that my child will follow all instructions and procedures in order to maintain a maximum level of safety. I also give my permission for any emergency medical care or treatment by a trainer or coach.

I understand the above mentioned conditions, and my child: ______has my permission to participate in the activities planned for the Guyer Wildcat Softball Camp.

Note: Before participating in the Guyer Wildcat Softball Camp, this SIGNED release form must be returned to Coach Briggs. No exceptions will be made.
