Deadline for sending proposals and presentation texts – December 20, 2011.

Proposals should include: 1) Name of the author(s); 2) Degree, titles; 3) Topic of presentation; 4) Organization, position; 5) City, Country; 6) Contact address and telephone; 7) Thematic field of the conference; 8) Please indicate whether hotel reservation is needed.

Guidelines to the presentation texts: up to 2 pages; MSWord 97-2003; Font 14; Times New Roman; Interval 1.2; all fields 25 mm; no page numbers;no references;no footnotes.

A book of conference presentations is planned for the publication before the conference. The Organizing Committee retains the right to reject proposals and materials published in the conference book.

Conference working languages: Russian, Belarusian, English.

The conference will include round tables, master classes, and seminars along the topics of conference. Proposals for round tables, master classes, and seminars are welcomed. Proposals should include the title and idea of the event (up to 1 page).

Deadline for proposals: December 20, 2011.

The conference fee is $20. The conference fee is non-refundable and should be paid no sooner than a confirmation letter of acceptance is received.

Travel and accommodation are covered by the participants.
