Stall Application / Booking Form
Stall fees are as follows:
£20 Non affiliated stall holders
£15 Pupil parents and registered charities
£10 Student Enterprise Initiative Groups
£ 5 Half size pupil stall
Table top size is approx 120cm x 240cm and will be set out for you in advance. We ask that any free standing displays must not encroach into the walk way for health and safety reasons.
Access to your stall area will be from 5pm on the evening and must be cleared away by 9.30pm that evening
Raffle Prize.
We ask that each stall donate an item to be used in further raffles during the school year, which will be collected during the evening.
Terms and Conditions
Rosebery PSA reserve the right to:-
· Cancel the event or an individual booking, the liability being limited to the booking fee only.
· Allocate table positions.
· A booking is not considered confirmed until the stallholders cheque has been banked.
· Cancellations will be considered up to 10 days before the event and a refund of the stall holders fee less £10 cancellation fee will be made.
