Parcel of land lying in the First Civil District of Hawkins County, State of Tennessee, being on the US-TVA John Sevier Fossil Plant Boundary near Holston River Mile 105.5, as shown on US-TVA Drawing No. 41 MS 422A 574(D)R.0and being more particularly described as follows
Beginning at point at the intersection of the centerlinesof McCloud Circle and Old TN-70 (Coordinates: N. 753,771.74,E.2,860,813.84), said point being at the beginning of a curve on the US-TVA John Sevier Fossil Plant former boundary line and being Corner No. 504-7; thence continuing with said US-TVA former boundary line and the centerline of Old TN-70 Road along a curve concave to the Northeast having an arc length of 182.96 feet, a radius of 1,112 feet and forming a chord bearing and distance of N45°18’45”W, 182.76 feet to a point in the current US-TVA John Sevier Fossil Plant boundary line; being Corner No. SP26-1; thence leaving the centerline of Old TN-70 Road and continuing with said current US-TVA boundary line N45°43’44”E, 17.29 feet to an angle iron (set), being Corner No. SP26-2; thenceN45°43’44’E, 476.31 feet to an angle iron (set), being corner SP26-3; thence S44°16’44E, 119.10 feet to an angle iron (set), being Corner SP26-4; thence S44°16’44”E, 14.33 feet to a point in the centerline of McCloud Circle, being Corner SP26-5; thence leaving said current US-TVA boundary line and continuing with the centerline of McCloud Circle in a southeasterly direction for approximately 508 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.16 acres more or less.
Positions of corners and directions of lines are referred to the Tennessee State Coordinate System and NAD 83 (CORS96) Horizontal Datum.
