Site:Zizzer Stadium at West Plains High School—602 East Olden, West Plains, MO

Entry Process: TRXC Timing will be handling all entries

Entry Deadline: Entries are due Tuesday, April 12th at 5:00 pm Online Entry Form
Coaches: Please use “Varsity” as the division for athletes on your roster.

Entry Fee:$100 per team or $150 for both boys and girls. $10 per athlete for 9 athletes or less.

Entry Limits:Running Events: 3 entries per event—1 relay per school

Field Events: 3 entries per school

Event Seeding: Please enter your athletes at their “actual” best time, not their goal time.

Scratches/Changes:Coaches can manage their rosters until Thursday, April 13th at 9:00 AM Scratch/Change

Coaches Meeting: Coaches can pick up their packets in the field house. Scratches can be made at this time. There will be a coaches meeting at 1:30 PM. Field events will start at 2:30 and track events will start at 3:00 PM.

ImplementsWeigh-In 2PM in the Field House

Scoring:Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Awards:Coaches can pick up their awards in the pressbox at the conclusion of the meet. A team trophy will be awarded to the first place team. Top 6 in each event medal. Javelin will receive medals but not be a part of the team score.

Results:Results will be posted near the bleachers. They will be posted on following the meet.

Team Camps:Team camps can be in the stands or outside of the track. The infield is reserved for coaches and athletes who are warming up! Please observe this rule.

Hospitality There will be a hospitality room for coaches and bus drivers. There will be a

concession stand as well.
