Role purpose (Why does the job exist? What is it there to achieve or deliver?)
To assist with thedesign, development and production ofmarketing materials to promote the On Course Foundation. To generate ideas for and deliver effective support to the marketing activity, helping to generate as much awareness and donations as possible.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role(what activity is undertaken by this job?)
To create and develop ideas and approaches in support of the marketing plan (ensuring beneficiaries are at the heart of all we do)
Create, develop and maintaindigital marketing (for example website) and marketing collaterals (for example brochures).
Assist with ensuring marketing materials are produced on specification, to timebudget.
To effectively distribute marketing collaterals as required.
Assist with marketing campaigns and database management as required (including CRM system - segment data, update records and send mailings)
Provide necessary materials in written and digital form utilising desktop publishing & other IT software.
Analyse campaigns and produce marketing statistics as required.
Help maintain the charity’s website and social media presence.
Help deliver brand management and identity, ensuring that all parties comply with the charity’s identity.
Monitor stock levels and provide marketing materials that are up to date for the team to use (including writing guidelines and articles).
Assist with the production of a broadcast schedule.
To attend events (& other PR activity) and help assess the impact and how our beneficiaries fare.
