The Hall has a main entrance on King William Street with level access from the street leading into the ground foyer lobby. There is also an access lift available.

- The Town Hall is easily accessible by public transport.

Parking
- Topham Car Park,52-54 Waymouth Street
- Entry/exit onto Waymouth Street at Bentham Street intersection.
- 3 minutes’ walk from the Adelaide Town Hall.
- Accessible parking spaces are not available.
- 2 dedicated access drop off spaces are located at front of Adelaide Town Hall.
- Drop off and pick up areas – are on King William Street. Taxis and private vehicles for patrons with access or mobility requirements may drop off at the main entrance – roadside curb.

- Box Office – On the night of the performance only. Located in the down stairs foyer opposite the elevator. Ticket purchases and collections are all available from the same location. Open one hour prior to the performance.

- Access Toilets – are available on Level 1 location the Northern Gallery.
- Lifts –are available on all floors including Mezzanine and Dress Circle.
- Venue wheelchairs –are not available.

All access bookings should be made directly with the box office by telephone or in person so we can provide the appropriate information for arrival and access requirements. Please note that free tickets & accessible seating options cannot be booked online.
