The Committee considered the reply of the institution dt. 13.02.2102 and all the relevant documentary evidences and it was decided to serve Show cause Notice under Section 14(1) of NCTE Act, for the following:
· The institution is also running B.Ed course. Proof of completing three academic sessions is not submitted by the institution.
· In the building completion certificate submitted, in column 2, name of the owner mentioned as individual. Which is against NCTE norms
· In the approved blue print of the building plan submitted, total earmarked area for proposed course is not mentioned.
· The Building completion certificate is issued by Assistant Engineer, Irrigation department instead of authorized Govt. Engineer (Buildings).
· FDRs of Rs. 5 lacs & 3 lacs towards endowment and reserve fund from a Nationalised Bank is not submitted.
Reply to the deficiency letter is incomplete and not satisfactory.
In view of the above and with reference to the totality of information collected & based on a collective application of mind, the Committee decided to issue a Show cause Notice to the institution as to why the recognition be not refused and thereby providing an opportunity to the institution to make a written representation within 21 days from the date of issue of the Notice along with necessary certificates/documents in order to take a final decision in the matter; failing which action will be taken including the refusal & rejection of application for recognition, based on the records available, with no further notice.

The institution has submitted written representation to the deficiency letter on 06/02/2012.

The Committee considered the reply of the institution dt. 06.02.2102 and all the relevant documentary evidences and it was decided to serve Show cause Notice under Section 14(1) of NCTE Act, for the following:
· The institution has not submitted certified sale deed copy of registered land documents issued by the competent Govt. authority. Only translated copy is submitted that too was modified as it was previously in the name of an individual. The land should be in the name of the Society/Institution as per regulations 2009. Land is in individual name on the date of on-line application.
· In the building completion certificate submitted, the name of the course is not mentioned.
· The institution has not submitted the proceedings of Revenue Department/Revenue Divisional Officer for conversion of land from agricultural to educational purpose.
· In the approved building plan, the land area is mentioned as 624.51 sq.mtrs. Which is very much less than NCTE norms.
· The institution is also running B.Ed course. Proof of completing three academic sessions from the affiliating body/university is not submitted by the institution.

· Notarised land usage certificate from Revenue Divisional Office of the Govt, is not submitted.
· The institution is also running H.P.T course. Proof of completing three academic sessions is not submitted by the institution.
Reply to the deficiency letter is incomplete and not satisfactory.
In view of the above and with reference to the totality of information collected & based on a collective application of mind, the Committee decided to issue a Show cause Notice to the institution as to why the recognition be not refused and thereby providing an opportunity to the institution to make a written representation within 21 days from the date of issue of the Notice along with necessary certificates/documents in order to take a final decision in the matter; failing which action will be taken including the refusal & rejection of application for recognition, based on the records available, with no further notice.
