2. Performance Basis Protocol - Listing of performance parameters to be collected for all resource programs and the process for truing up selected parameters.

This notice provides an update to the workshop originally scheduled for June 14 (calendared on June 1) and postponed to June 29, and adds a second day.
The purpose of these workshops is to review and provide comments to CPUC/CEC Joint Staff on the proposed evaluation model options, draft performance basis, and final EM&V transition report.
Joint staff will distribute materials for this workshop to the R01-08-028 service list and will post documents on www.cpuc.ca.gov/ee (click “Energy Efficiency Rulemaking” on the right hand pane) prior to the workshops (approximately June 22).
This workshop is recommended for evaluation professionals, utility evaluation and measurement staff, portfolio planners, and program managers.
