Members wishing to make nominations for Officers are requested to send them to the Honorary Secretary in advance of the meeting. Nominations must be proposed and seconded and the willingness of any member to be nominated must be ascertained.
Please note that the votes will consist of those attending the meeting and any proxy votes returned to an Executive Officer to be declared at the meeting
8. Subscription Proposal
Recognising that
(i)We need to pay for the preparation of the 12 Acre Field and make the necessary investments for its use in 2017/8.
(ii)The total costs of the Club fire have caused our insurance premium rates to increase.
(iii)The Club are paying Mini and Juniors entry fees to an increasing number of Festivals
(iv)Mini and Junior Match teas have been offered to more teams
Members will continue to be encouraged to pay their subscriptions on a monthly basis.
With the increases in expenditure mainly for the benefit of our Minis and Juniors it is felt fair to make the increase on these Sections. It is therefore proposed that for 2017/8 the annual subscription levels are set at
SeniorNo Change £276 or £23 per month,
StudentNo Change £84 or £7 per month;
Youth£120 or £12 per month; an increase of 11% p.a
Social£52 or £1 per week; an increase of 11% p.a.
Note that a parent and child will now pay £170 compared with £156;
