Information Officer:
- Jamboree March 22nd 10am
- Coaches check schedule online – some changes done
- Asking to have pictures done at the fields instead of Intermediate gym
- Opening ceremonies – 10 am line up, 10:15 ceremony begins
- Rick to set up PA
- Hit-a-thon
- Immediately following opening ceremonies
- Each participant to own division field
- Players to get 5 sponsors, each player gets a coupon for free DQ cone
- Brian to arrange coordinators at each field to record distances and money to be collected – given to manager to collect money
- Games
- Majors and juniors games being 9am. All others begin 1:30 to 3:30pm
- 50/50 Raffle will be held
- Sandy with information on Scott Hill Park will have a booth
- Photographer will have a booth, raffle off picture session
- Sweatshirt companies will be available to sell and take orders.
- Fire department and police cruiser will not be able to attend.
- Cristy McGraw will check with husband/volunteer FF
- Balloons and flags needed for Snack Shack
- Will honor Dan Balch at ceremony and present with a sweatshirt
- Will present High School Baseball/Softball teams with gift for help with clinics
- Will announce state Softball and Junior Baseball and have their banners
- Checking to see if can get Young Marines Color guard to participate

Concession Stand Volunteer Coordinator
- Schedule for Deposits for Snack Shack
- Board members needed to sign up to count and deposit snack shack funds – Counts money with parents then deposits at bank that night. Will get schedule together after board members look at schedules.
- Motion to switch banks – Nikki 1st, Arwyn 2nds. 13 yes, 0 no votes
- Need 8-12 PIC’s for snack shack with Food handlers cards for whole season
- No one is signed up to volunteer at Jamboree
- Need 2-3 people in the back for Jamboree, only one needs Food Handlers
- Brent and Awryn might have people that can volunteer
- Most games are Tuesday-Thursday – can have Snack Shack only open for cold food/drinks on Monday’s.
- 7pm Friday March 21, for training on PIC and serving hot food for volunteers for Jamboree
Equipment Officer:
- Not present
Umpire in Chief
- Umpire in Chief has stepped down. Rick and some older boys will be able to cover some of the spots. Suggested to have a Umpire Clinic and to have Minors to CP and Majors to Minors
- Gessica will be able to schedule Umpires for Softball
Baseball Player Agent:
- Rick has seen some people helping coaches. Sending out background check reminder email. Matt volunteered to go talk to those helping out to make sure they have done the background checks. Everyone participating with the kids needs to have a background check done. The volunteer forms are also on the website.
Softball Player Agent:
- There will not be much practice time on the fields when games start. Solutions – Can use any open fields – Monday’s not many games. Friday’s no games.
- Gessica has two girls that she thinks need to be moved down. Leland will talk to them.
Fields and Facilities:
- The fields and facilities are close to being done. Snack shack is being painted. Dugouts being repainted. Painting done by J&D Painting.
- Motion to buy sign for J&D Painting – Nikki 1st, Brian 2nd. 13 Yes 0 no votes.
- Majors and SB fields’ dips to be repaired and base lines dragged.
Sponsorship Coordinator – Interim
- Firework stand money goes towards new uniforms
- Les Schwab needs to renew sponsorship – will call
- Signs are replaced at the expense of the Little League – signs need to be cleaned.
Misc:
- Registration is now closed. Late signups will be accepted on a case by case basis – given extenuating circumstances. It was determined that it should already be closed and so no need for a motion.
- Interleague rules will be laminated and posted in the dugouts and given to the coaches.
- Arwyn motions to move Lewis River LL banking with Matt Hill and Arwyn Borzone to remain as signers from Columbia Bank to US Bank. Nikki and Lesa second the move. 13 Yes and 0 No votes
President:
- Thanks for all the hard work put into this season. The league is there for the kids, first and for-most and to support the families. We will be getting feedback on positive coaching.

Fireworks stand location: Fat Moose-bad drinkers and smokers, Walmart ? would need water and electricity, Napa lot. Need kids out flagging people in. Brian will check Walmart, Arwyn check TNT
LRLL Gear: working with Pacific Screen Printers they will have a website where parents can pay the screen printers we will not be involved any longer and coaches will not need to collect money for this. This will be for LRLL stuff as well. We will get a kick back at end of season.
Need sweet shirts at Jamboree and dri fit. We need to by logo transfers ahead of time. Price transfers owned is about $400. Will give kick back of $2 Nikki Motions to purchase 150 transfersLeLand seconds. 9 yes 1 no
Hit a thon: no traditional fund raiser. .03 a foot donation. Issue of collecting money. 5 sponsers per kid could make 3-4K per player. Every run scored put a $1 a run in a bucket. Collecting $$ could be an issue and accounting for the $$ could be an issue. 50/50 raffles on Saturdays. Distribute sheets at draft. Jamboree is when this would take place. Motion to have hit a thon at jamboree. LeLand 8 yes 2 no. Brian will organize and get a point person for each division.

Player Development:
- Nik Lubisich support clinics.
- Meeting on Friday Oct 18th to discuss player development at Casa’s
- Club team with an age group to pilot program. Bring teams in to do a one day tournament for 4-6 teams. This would be our in-lue of to having a more competitive option for our players.
- Pitching, hitting, throwing, defensive clinics for whole age group
Positive Coaching Alliance:
Will be mandatory for all coaches and board members. This takes about an hour Positive reinforcement and life lessons. Emails will go out to managers to give them support beyond a bag of equipment. We currently have 50 seats. This ne.eds to be done prior registration/draft. All managers need to do it prior to draft.
