1. Your team will dress in Room 33 of the Pruitt Hall Gymnasium, located next to the James P. Homer Field House and will use the sideline opposite the press box.
2. One (1) hour prior to kickoff you will have the field arrangement as denoted on the enclosed facility map. At forty minutes prior to kickoff the field will be broken into two (2) 50yd fields for the remainder of pre-game warm-ups.
3. At least 2 taping tables will be available in your locker room. More tables are available if requested.
4. Four 48 Quart ice chests with ice will be provided on your sideline unless you specify otherwise. More ice will be available, if requested at least three days in advance. There will also be 4-10 Gallon water coolers available on your sidelines.
5. An ambulance with emergency medical technicians provided by the City of Livingston, will be located in the south end zone in the parking lot.
6. Our team physicians, James Robinson, M.D., and/or E. Lyle Cain, Jr., M.D. and his orthopaedic and primary care fellows of the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center, Birmingham, AL will also be present on our sideline.
7. A spine board, stretchers, splints, and crutches will be available on our sideline.
8. 75 iced drinks will be placed in your locker room just before halftime, unless otherwise requested.
9. We DO NOT furnish towels.
10. We DO NOT provide taping supplies, but will glad to help with any taping needs that you have.
11. A small gasoline powered John Deere Gator or Golf Cart and an athletic training student or manager may be available, if needed, to carry your equipment to and from the field before and after the game.
12. There is one water faucet on each sideline.
13. Soap, toilet paper, erasers, and a chalkboard will be placed in your locker room.
14. 4-benches, 1-exam/taping table and 1-exam and 1-water table will be placed on your sideline.
15. Supplies from our local drugstore will be available if you contact us before 5:00 p.m. Friday prior to the game.
16. The Pruitt Hall Athletic Training Room will be available for your use and will be staffed by 2 to 3 of our athletic training students with open communication to our sidelines. These athletic training students will also be available to assist your staff during the game on the sidelines.
