The Fremantle Foundation makes giving accessible and rewarding. We do this by providing philanthropic advice and administration to individuals, businesses and families who are inspired to make an impact on the community through their giving.

We support a range of causes in the community on behalf of our donors in Fremantle, Perth and through out WA.

The opportunity

This is an opportunity for a motivated and self directed person to join a fast growing community foundation.

This process-drivenrole involves administration support for the Fremantle Foundation across all functions. Including:

•Assistance with financial administration and reporting

•Administration support to Executive Officer and Social Impact Manager

•Office scheduling and meeting management

•Operational system management

•Event booking and management

•Support preparing Enewsletter, social media and website presentation

The opportunity includes training and support from staff and Board. And you will join a world-wide network of community foundations.

The commitment is for a minimum of 24 hours per week, working from the foundation office in the Fremantle CBD.

About you

The Fremantle Foundation is seeking a person with a high attention to detail and a love of processes and administration. You are a self directed person witha desire to increase the impact of our growing organisation.
