Kaldewei enhances KA 90 waste fittings for ultra-flat installation
Ahlen, March 2016. – The ultra flat KA 90 waste fitting is now available with a fully enamelled waste cover. It can be used with all Kaldewei shower surfaces with a 90mm waste hole. This means that mid-range shower surfaces such as the Scona are now available in a fully enamelled version for ultra flat, floor-level installation. Kaldewei already launched the first enamelled waste cover for selected showers ten years ago. Following the introduction of the ultra flat KA 90 waste fitting at the ISH 2015, the company is once again creating a sensation in floor-level shower design by extending enamelled waste covers to its entire shower segment.
Fully enamelled shower surfaces: ultra flat and ultra stable
Thanks to the latest extension of the range, enamelled waste covers in combination with the KA 90 fitting are now available for all Kaldewei enamelled shower surfaces with a 90mm waste hole fitting. Fitters thus benefit not only from ultra-flat installation but also from a uniform material and look. No matter whether they are positioned centrally or in the corner of the shower surface, the new flat waste covers integrate fully into the design of the shower. In terms of colour, virtually every wish can be fulfilled because in addition to the standard bathroom colours, , clients can also choose from the exclusive matt shades from Kaldewei’s Coordinated Colours Collection which are coordinated to harmonise with current bathroom flooring and material trends. This allows bathroom professionals to respond even better to their clients’ wishes and budgets.
Apart from the aesthetic advantages, the KA 90’s fully enamelled waste cover makes it exceptionally stable and provides unique underfoot comfort, as the entire shower area is now made of superior steel enamel.
