Unio Mystica: Am I Alone?
I. (FILL-IN & DISCUSSION) Jesus’ Vision for the Church
a. "My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in Me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me... I have given them the glory that You gave Me, that they may be one as We are one: I in them and You in Me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that You sent Me and have loved them even as You have loved Me.” (John 17:20-23; cf. Eph. 2:19-22; 4:3-5)

II. (DISCUSSION) What is it that keeps us from intimacy…deep fellowship…unity…oneness?
a. Why Tassels? (Numbers 15 not Deuteronomy 15; Matt. 23:1-7; 1 Sam 18:6-10)
“37The Lord also spoke to Moses, saying, 38“Speak to the sons of Israel, and tell them that they shall make for themselves tassels on the corners of their garments throughout their generations, and that they shall put on the tassel of each corner a cord of blue. 39It shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, so as to do them and not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you played the harlot, 40so that you may remember to do all My commandments and be holy to your God. 41I am the Lord your God who brought you out from the land of Egypt to be your God; I am the Lord your God.” (Numbers 15:37-41)
