Dear Parents

St Chad’s Cathedral, Birmingham – Wednesday 21st June 2017

We have arranged a visit for our Year 6 children to St Chad’s Cathedral. The Cathedral has a specially designed programme for school visits which is particularly appropriate for Year 6 children in their Confirmation year. This involves a guided tour with a focus on St Chad and the story of the Cathedral. The group share in the 12.15 Mass.

The cost ofthe trip will be £10.50 which will cover entrance, coach travel, and insurance. We do not, however, wish any child to be excluded for financial reasons and parents who wish their child to take part but feel unable to make this contribution should contact the school. Payments can be made online via School Money. Please note there is a transaction charge of .39p per transaction. If however you make this payment in conjunction with another payment, e.g. school dinners/music, then you will be eligible for only one transaction charge.

Children should wear full school uniform and will require a snack and a packed lunch. Amaximum of £5.00 spending money may be brought in a named purse.

We require the consent form and money to be returned by Friday 16th June 2017.The coach will leave school at 9.00 am and return before the end of the school day.
