- Arizona
- Fee based Tier II ($75) – currently goes back into updating Tier II database
- The program has only been back with ADEQ for 1 year
- HMEP Grants for LEPCs
- California
- Unified Program (CUPAS)
- State surcharge for all reports (variable $75 – thousands, with adding a refinery surcharge)
- Colorado
- Fee based Tier II ($75) – funds personnel
- Some counties/LEPCs have fee based Tier II
- LEPCs are volunteer based
- LEPCs have fee for hazmat response based per population
- HMEP Grants to LEPCs at 25% match
- Hawaii
- Fee based Tier II ($100) – mostly goes to LEPCs
- Oklahoma
- Fee based Tier II ($12 per facility or $15 per chemical)
- About 15 counties / LEPCs have Tier II fees ($20)
- LEPCs receive $1,000 from SERC
- ODEQ has equipment grant for LEPCs ($5,000 per year)
