This order disposes the captioned application of Shri Dinesh Bansal, S/o. Sh. Sat Pal Bansal, 1st floor, Ishwar Karyana Store, Ram Mandir Street, Patiala Gate, Near Tata Indicom Office, Sangrur – 148001, Punjab, received by the office of CPIO, SIDBI, on January 06, 2014. The information seeker has desired to know total amount of claims which have been sanctioned by SIDBI under the CLCSS during the period 01.10.2013 to till date but funds have not been released so far for want of funds from Govt of India, information in respect of those claims which have been sanctioned by SIDBI under CLCSS during the period 01.10.2014 to till date but funds have not been released so far for want of funds from GoI, information in respect of those claims which have been sanctioned by SIDBI under CLCSS during the period 01.07.2013 to till date and funds have also been released to the applicant unit, etc., as per the format mentioned in the captioned RTI application.

The information seeker is informed that DC(MSME) has made CLCSS claim online effective October 1, 2013. The website of DC(MSME) is http://www/dcmsme.gov.in/schemes/credit link scheme.htm. Online claims received from PLIs till December 30, 2013 forwarded to DC(MSME). DC(MSME) has not released any fund in respect of claims lodged on-line effective from October 1, 2013.
