Chairman Bert Duvic called the meeting to order.

Roll call was as follows:

Commissioners Absent: Teddy Boone & Kirk Michel

Staff Present: Nahketah Bagby, Dominique Elzy, Daniel Hill Julian Rodrigue

Staff Absent: None

Commissioner Mastio – motioned to approve August 19, 2013 minutes.

Commissioner Vaccaro – Second.

Roll call was unanimous to approve the minutes. Absent: Boone & Michel

Zoning Case

1.  CASE NO. 13-10-02PSR– Request Review of a Site Plan for the LA Highway 21 Overlay District for an 8,000 Sq Ft of Retail and Office Center. Property location is corner of Highway 21 and Marigold Drive, St. Tammany Parish, Covington, Louisiana, CR Zone.

Petitioner: Dave Kaufmann

Owners: Marigold Property, LLC

Commissioner Duvic – led discussion to request review of a Site Plan for the LA Highway 21 Overlay District for an 8,000 Sq Ft of Retail and Office Center.

Commissioner Mastio – made a motion to approve review of a Site Plan for the LA Highway 21 Overlay District for an 8,000 Sq Ft of Retail and Office Center.

Commissioner Celestine – Second.

The motion was approved unanimously. Absent: Teddy Boone & Kirk Michel

Commissioner Vaccaro – made a motion to approve review of a Site Plan for the LA Highway 21 Overlay District for an 8,000 Sq Ft of Retail (AutoZone).

3.  CASE NO. 13-10-05TXT– A request to consider amending the following provisions of the Covington Code of Ordinances: Appendix B, Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of 2010, Part 3. Use Districts, Section 3.15. CO Commercial Office/Professional.
