42nd Annual Memorial Invitational Outing

For the benefit of the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation.

Due to an overwhelming demand we are running a double shot gun outing this year. Preferences for sessions will be taken on a first come first serve basis and we will do the best that we can to accommodate you.

Morning Session Information

Registration & Breakfast - 7:00 AM

Shotgun - 8:00 AM sharp

Lunch - Served at the clubhouse after your round

Cocktail Hour & Dinner - following the conclusion of the afternoon session

Afternoon Session Information – Limited to first 128 golfers

Registration & Breakfast – 11:00 AM

Shotgun – 12:30

Lunch – Served at the halfway house

Cocktail Hour & Dinner – following the conclusion of golf.

Statement of purpose:

  1. To honor the memory of two of the Elevator Industry’s most distinguished members, “POP” Frohlinger and Joe Marchese.
  2. To assist the Safety Foundation in educating our children and grandchildren on the safe and proper use of escalators and elevators.
  3. Last, but not least, to enjoy each other’s company for a day of fun together.

Golf carts are included in the golfer’s fee.

If you wish to choose your Foursome please advise the committee in writing when submitting your registration and payment, if not, the committee will arrange foursomes.

Please bear in mind that we are the guests of Nassau Country Club and, as such, are responsible for the good behavior of our group. Let’s not embarrass anyone or we will not be invited back.

Metal spikes are prohibited: Please, no metal spikes are allowed. As a guest of the club we must adhere to their rules so come prepared with an alternate type of golf shoes.

Proper golf attire (soft spikes, collared shirts, no denim) and etiquette are required at all times. Course rules will be strictly enforced (cart paths, etc.) All guests must conduct themselves accordingly.

NASSAU COUNTRY CLUB is private property Please respect the property. We reserve the right to escort off the grounds any person not adhering to the rules.

From the LIE/ Rte 495, take Exit 36 to Searingtown Road North. Continue on Searingtown Road becomes Port Washington Blvd at the intersection of Northern Blvd.You will pass St. Francis Hospital on the left. At the fifth traffic light from the LIE turn right into the Club. Two white pillars mark the entrance.
