Scholarship Application Form
The North East Oklahoma Lamb Association has established a scholarship to provide educational assistance for a member who has exhibited sheep in the NEOLA Seriesas a member for at least the past two school years (2013-1014 and 2014-2015). One $1000.00 scholarship will be awarded. Other smaller scholarships may be awarded based on current year’s budget and discretion of NEOLA Board Members.
Criteria
- Applicant must have had a sheep project and shown sheep in the NEOLA jackpot as a member for at least the past two school years (2013-2014 and 2014-2015).
- Applicant must be enrolling/enrolled in an accredited university, college, or trade school the by the fall semester following their high school graduation.
- Applicant must be a currently enrolled junior or senior in high school for the 2014-2015 school year
- Applicant must be maintaining a 2.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
- The individual receiving this award will be eligible to have full payment made to the Bursar’s office at the university where they will be a full time student.
- Recipient must be available for announcement of the scholarship at the Tulsa State Fair Market Lambs Show. This is mandatory to receive a scholarship. Top candidates will be informed prior to the show.
