Our Human Resources department

The ABC InfoTech HR Department was started in 1990 with one employee. As the company has grown and expanded over the past 22 years, the HR department has grown to match it. HR has maintained a 1:100 ratio with employees, which has proven ideal for our business model.

The HR department is currently under the global direction of Chris Ketterman, VP, and responsible for various functions like payroll, employee leave, health & safety, insurance, administration, and recruiting.
The organizational chart below outlines the current HR department structure.

HR Managers are located in the corporate office and travel to their respective sites on a regular basis. Site managers are located in each of our 4 facilities and act as "Boots on the ground" to oversee necessary location HR functions. This gives us a direct line to each of our facilities for HR related activity like recruiting, training and conflict resolution.

Administrators oversee the key functions of the HR department, utilizing staff and interns to maximize their effectiveness in each function.

The HR department is solely responsible for managing the productivity and development of workers at all organizational levels; human resource personnel have access to the support decision makers. Under Chris's direction, the department has meet the expectations of the employees of the company and was awarded "Achievement in Excellence" award for fiscal year 2011-2012. The Talent and transformation department, a key part of the HR team, has received several industry awards for their innovative TNT 360 program, their program has been followed and put into action all over the world. The achievement of this team has brought pride to our company, and serves as a motivating factor to what we can all achieve.

Our Human Resource Management (HRM) functions are ideally positioned near the theoretical center of the organization, with access to all areas of the business.
