Production System Changes

The following system changes, including bug fixes and enhancements, were put into Production on January 20th, 2008.

4.  / NJP-5040 / Corrected the SVRS to save “Assistor” and “Messenger” information in “Absentee Ballot Request “screen. / Ocean
5.  / NJP-5056 / Corrected the SVRS to remain the screen where it was prior to selecting the "Assistor". This has been taken care for all the scenarios on Absentee Ballot Request screen. / Somerset
6.  / NJP-5068 / Corrected the SVRS not to generate the acknowledgment card when ever there is a change in DOB. Acknowledgment card will only be generated when there is a change in the address. / Morris
7.  / NJP-5151 / Corrected the SVRS to display the complete Last Name on the generate fax sheet. / Ocean
8.  / NJP-5167 / Corrected the SVRS to save successfully by add/modifying memo in view/Update of Absentee Ballot request screen for early ballot request. / Ocean
9.  / NJP-5173 / Corrected the SVRS to redistrict successfully and to add new streets. / Monmouth
10.  / NJP-5187 / Corrected the SVRS to display country, if exists, on the voter acknowledgment card. / Essex
11.  / NJP-5199 / Corrected the SVRS to save other address successfully on Update /Maintain Absentee Ballot screen and reissue the ballot label for the second time. / Monmouth
12.  / NJP-5205 / Modified the SVRS to be able to print label with complete address for non-registered absentee Voter. / Ocean
