The New NDIS Marketplace – from Surviving to Thriving
Developed by SSE in response to sector consultations, this program is tailored to not-for-profit organisations transitioning to the NDIS who have questions around how to build a more customer centric organisation, how to identify and respond to new market opportunities and how to lead and manage change in a time of uncertainty.
Our style is very pragmatic. Speakers are invited to share their experiences and learnings, mini workshops are planned to reflect on and practice new approaches, and time is provided in program for learning to take place through questioning, practical exercises, reflections and debriefs.
