  • For the rest of the service, mark the check box  or fill in any choices in the space provided.
  • When there is a choice of who leads, circle Me or Rabbi. If you want to lead with someone else OR you want someone else to lead, write their name(s) in the right margin.
  • When there is a choice whether to sing or say the prayer, circle Sing or Say.
  • When there is a choice in which language to do the prayer, circle Hebrew or English.
  • Shaded areas are always done, with no alternatives. You may still choose to lead them.
