The parents both signed each of the birth registrations as co-parents to both children.Annie Ivy-Lee Aviado was not allowed inside the home of Mary’s parents Danilo & Tess & it was said when visiting baby Annie had to stay out on the front porch so they never visited.

--- Mary Aviado worked at Acklands Granger Inc. as an inbound sales representative & part time at Nation Post & Anna-Marie had her own print shop which she moved into 801 Pape Ave. in Oct 1998 from 21 Somers Ave. which the latter was a rented premises where she had worked & rented rooms previous to meeting Mary Aviado.

Separation of family

--- Aviado attempted to poison Anna-Marie with Ephedra which was taken off the market for causing heart attacks. Aviado knew that Anna-Marie believed there was heart conditions in her family due to whom she believed was her father, Joseph Anthony Goralczyk, having heart conditions in their family. Anna-Marie survived & later found out that Joseph is not her true biological father.

--- Mary Aviado continued to harass Anna-Marie at 801 Pape Ave. & convinced her previous secret prostitution client Betty Ko to lay false charges in the Scarborough courts against Anna-Marie while Mary’s father took Anna-Marie to the Rental Tribunal to try to evict her as though she were just a tenant. Both attempts failed. Danilo Aviado then started proceedings in Superior court to take the 801 Pape Ave. property away from Anna-Marie. (Q?s: Ko is 2 Guards working at College Park courts)

--- Anna-Marie laid charges against Aviado for the harassments, threats etc. through the justice of the peace because the police would not respond for Anna-Marie as they still refuse today.

--- Mary laid false charges of assault & forced confinement whereas there was a witness of that day, Mary Anita Ellis, that saw it was not true & provided an affidavit. A lawyer Joanne Prince convinced Anna-Marie to sign a one year peace bond with Aviado explaining wrongly that it would have no impact & it would save having to continue a lengthy trial. The lawyer said the trial that was half completed would likely not result in a conviction of the defendant. Aviado was also going to sign such a bond to have her own charges dropped. This peace bond should never have been signed by Anna-Marie and has been impacting Anna-Marie’s life almost continuously & is always listed as a mark against the defendant when being considered in defence. Lawyer gave incorrect advise.
