Complete Application Form:In order to begin processing the application, an application form for variance
must be completed and signed.
Plot Plan:A plot plan of the proposed site DRAWN TO SCALE showing property lines, proposed
buildings, building setbacks, parking and loading areas, driveways and other pertinent
information must be provided.
Elevation Plan:Exterior elevation profile of all proposed building or alterations in sufficient detail
to explain the nature of the request must be provided.
Other Information:The applicant is encouraged to submit other information and documentation to support
the request.
**If the applicant is different from the property owner, property owner consent in writing must be
provided.

2. The age of the manufactured home (date of manufacture,), does not exceed five years from the date it is to be affixed to the residential lot.
3. Exterior siding shall be consistent in pattern, color and appearance with exterior siding used or other single family dwellings in the immediate vicinity. (Date of site review ).
4. Roofing materials shall be comparable in quality, color and appearance with roofing used on other single family dwellings in the area. (Date of site review ).
5. The manufactured home shall utilize a full height roof element with a minimum 3:12 roof pitch.
6. The manufactured home shall include a minimum roof overhang or projecting eave of twelve (12) inches.
7. The manufactured home shall be double-wide or larger with a minimum width of depth of 24 feet.
8. The manufactured home shall consist of at least 1,200 square feet of living area.
9. Any elevated foundations shall be measured and blended with siding and materials utilized on the manufactured home. (Date of site review ).
