* OMG! Cheap Movie Tickets! What? Cheap Movie tickets to Cinema City will be sold during both lunches for $6 each. Support our PTSA by getting discounted movie tickets.

* If you are a senior that has been given a permission slip by Mrs. Douglas in counseling, for Santiago Canyon College; please make sure that you complete it and return to her ASAP as it is first come first serve.

*2015-2016 ASB Elections and appointed officer applications are now available on the school website. Students interested in running for an elected position or an appointed position for next year’s Valencia ASB must complete the application by March 30th, 2015.

* Attention students, summer school information is now available for this summer. The counselors will be meeting with you individually to provide this information through the upcoming registration appointments. All summer school applications are due to the Counseling Office byMay 1st.

* Prom Project 2015!! Please see Mrs. Douglas in counseling if you are interested and are a senior girl! You may qualify for a free prom dress!

* PLACENTIA POLICE DEPARTMENT EXPLORER PROGRAM– The Placentia Police Department is actively recruiting students to their Police Explorer Program. If you are between the ages of 14 to 20 years old, have a GPA of 2.0 or better, and are interested in a career in law enforcement, then the PPD Explorer Program is for you. The explorers meet the first and third Tuesdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. at the Placentia Police Department. See Officer Madrigal for a flier and more information on the program.

* Calling all Angel Fans! Come out to Angel Stadiumon Fridaynight May 29thto watch the Anaheim Angels play the Detroit Tigers. It is also Matt Shoemaker Bobblehead Night! Tickets are only $20. There are ticket order forms in the front office. Please come out to support VHS at Angel Stadium.

We'll pass out promotional materials and make plans fornext Monday's"Huddle," with rapper Doug Goulding, who'll share his story--"from the pit to freedom." That's FCA, both lunches, in rooms # 604 and #1117,today.
