In reference to this office letter No: Sports/31-5/HRT/IV/2 dated 08.04.2010 vide which Sports activity Calendar for the year 2010-2011was endorsed to all the Units/SSA heads. BSNL Haryana circle has been entrusted to conduct 10th All India BSNL Chess tournament 2010-2011 in the month of July 2010.In view of the above the Chief General Manager, BSNL Haryana Circle,& President, BSNL Haryana. CSCB desires that the participation by BSNL employee in large number should be encouraged to explore new talents among the BSNL employees. The Regional Trials for CHESS will be held in the month of May 2010. Those who are interested to participate in the Chess regional trials may send their entry in the enclosed Performa separately along with an entry Fee of Rs.10/- in the form of Indian Postal Order which should be crossed and payable to President, BSNL Haryana Circle Sports & Cultural Board, Ambala . The entry Performa duly recommended by the Controlling Officer along with the prescribed fee should be submitted to this office on or before the last date i.e. 10.05.2010.

Sub: 10th All India BSNL Chess Tournament.
It is my privilege to inform you that BSNL, Haryana Circle Sports and Cultural Board, Ambala has been entrusted to organize 10th All India Chess Tournament in the month of July 2010. The CGMT & President BSNL Haryana Circle Sports & Cultural Board has decided to conduct the above said tournament at Hisar. Approximately 125-150 participants are expected to participate in the above tournament. The duration of the tournament will be of six days. However the necessary arrangements are to be made for Accommodation, Infrastructure & Transport facility etc. for 8 days.
It is therefore requested to intimate the exacts dates & Venue to this office latest by 15/05/2010 positively, for further communication to BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi.
