CENTRAL ASIAN KARATE

CHAMPIONSHIP

24th - 25th December 2017

1.  Goals and objectives

The tournament is held for the purpose:

·  the popularization of karate in the Central Asian region.

·  strengthening friendly relations between the countries of the region.

·  the development of children's and youth sports.

·  improvement of training process and sports skill.

2.  Guidance on the preparation and organization of competitions

General management of competitions is carried out Asian Karate Federation, National Karate Federation of Uzbekistan

3.  Date and venue Referee and Coaches seminar and exams, and date and venue of competitions

Seminar and exams under the guidance of Javad Salimi (WKF RC Member), Timur Shataev (AKF RC Member) & Michael Huang Chen-Chin (AKF RC Secretary) – 21st – 23nd December 2017

Date of the Сompetition – 24rd – 25th December 2017

Arrival of Delegation – 20th December 2017

Departure of Delegation – 26th December 2017

Competition venue: Sport Complex «Universal Sport Saroyi», Yangi Baynalminal str., Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

4.  Competition participants

To participate in the tournament allowed teams of Afghanistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.

The age of competitors shall be determined on the day of the competition.

The composition of the delegation team:

The Head of Delegation - official representative of the team;

Coach;

Athletes;

Referees.

To participate in competitions in weight categories and team competitions allowed athletes with personal protective equipment, determined by regulations.

5.  The Commission on admission of participants.

Preliminary applications are accepted in electronic form until 12th December 2017 to the email address:

A formal application signed by the Head of the national Federation is available by the official representative to the Commission on the admission of participant’s application for each athlete the following documents:

- passport or birth certificate;

- The admission of the doctor of the medical - physical clinic to participate in competitions on karate properly executed in the proposal team or individual with a medical certificate on the admission to participation in competitions certified medical-sports dispensary.

-parental permission for competitors under 18 years of age.

The draw ceremony is conducted electronically at the end of the mandates Commission. The Drawing shall be conducted under the direction of the Chief Referee.

6.  Material - technical ensuring of competitions

Participants expenses (travel, meals, accommodation, insurance) in the competition are provided by responsible organizations.

The expenses for renting the sports hall, awarding medals, diplomas by the National Karate Federation of Uzbekistan.

The entry fees are 20$ per individual category and 40$ per team category entry.
