3.Volunteers
- Duties/Responsibilities
1. Directors:
a. Meeting with managers of venues and work out contracts
b. Discuss and work-out any issue with venues
c. Organize each and every venue, with volunteers to work
d. Collect and distribute all funds made
e. Balance the checkbook and issue checks
2. Directors and Board Members:
a. Meeting to discuss venues
b. Help make Policies and Procedures
c. Stand Manager for venues
d. Any thing that the Director needs help with
3. Volunteers:
a. Work Venues
b. Abide by the rules and policies of all venues
and AATK
c. Have fun
d. Abide by the dress codes for each venue

e. Take all necessary Training per Venue
C. Rules and Policies of Venues and AATK
1. Appearance:
Everyone must be presentable, we do deal with
customers and food.
- We must make sure our clothes are clean for ALL
events. The use of deodorants is be used at all times.
Socks must be worn with your shoes and they too
must be clean.
- Our PERSONAL Hygiene.....Our hair must be clean by this they mean washed and brushed...pulled back...(if you have a scalp condition,[dandruff, etc] please take care off it), etc. Our hands and nails must be neat and clean...our faces too...those who have facial hair it must be clean and trimmed ....
- This is a Health Dept. Issue...and it is a MUST... If they see this, they will approach person in charge and we will have to address the issue with you. You will be sent home and can not return unless the issue is corrected.
2. Cell Phones:
Are not to be used on the front line AT ALL, if you
need to use your phone you must go to the back of
the stand. If a venue takes your phone you will pay
the fine.
3. Eating and/or Drinking:
No alcohol beverages are to be consumed when
working any venues. Food must be eaten in the back
of the stand. When working the front line, drinks
must be placed out of sight of the customers. One
meal per employee, and NO food is to leave any
venue.
4. Sign-in:
Every volunteer must sign-in at the main stand (you

Legibly if you want credit for working and tips.
We need to be able to READ your name. If you are
not Signed-in you can’t get paid.
5. No Show/Cancellations:
Without a 96 hour notice, there will be a charge to
your account, for you and anyone you bring.
You can add your name to an event 4 days (96 Hours) prior to an event. You can cancel an event on your own 7 days prior to an event. However you will need to contact someone to remove your name off an event when we are within the 7 day window ...no texts messages or emails.....
All list are sent in 96 hours in advance. If you confirm you are working at that time, you must attend/find someone to replace you or you will:
1st Offense: receive a verbal warning
2nd Offense: $25.00 fine
3rd Offense: $50.00 fine
4th Offense: $75.00 fine
5th Offense: will no longer be allowed to
fundraise with us...(there are waiting lists for
some events)
6. Signing up to work an event:
When you sign up to work an event, we are expecting
You to work start to finish, and some days can be
long. For example: Ravens 1:00pm game, we start at
9:30 am and end around 5:00pm. So please remember
this when signing up.
7. When calling out less than a 96 hour notice:
You must call the person running that venue or if no
Name is given than call Terry. Make sure you know
who the contact person is for each venue. No text
messages or e-mails will be accepted.
8. Tips:
Tips are usually given out at the end of the event.
If the event is extremely large, then the tips will be
distributed to you the next time that you work an
event. For any tips at M & T Stadium, they will be
distributed at the end of the football season.
9. Breaks:
Everyone must eat before the event starts. If you need a
break, please try and take it when the event is not busy.
10. Leaving an event early:
There will be a penalty for leaving an event early.
11. Volunteers that come to an event together must stay
to the end of an event together.
12. Stand Leads:
Each stand will have a leader and you are to follow
their instructions.
13. There will be no Request for standsor people to
work with. You will be assigned to a stand where
needed.
14. There will be no watching games/events or going into
venue bowls.
