REQUEST FOR SERVICES
OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER SERVICES
The Town of Millbury (the “Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” (OPM) as defined in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A ½ and as further defined by provisions stated in the RFS to provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to and/or renovation of the Raymond E. Shaw Elementary School located at 58 Elmwood Street, Millbury, MA 01527.
The Town of Millbury is requesting the services of an Owner’s Project Manager to represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic design phases of the contract, which may be amended to include continued Project Management Services through design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction, and final closeout of the Proposed Project. The estimated total project costs of an approved Proposed Project may range from $30,000,000 to $55,000,000 depending upon the solution agreed upon by the Owner and the MSBA and ultimately approved by a vote of the MSBA Board of Directors.
A voluntary informational meeting and site inspection will be conducted by the Millbury Public Schools on January 26, 2018 at 10:00 am at the Raymond E. Shaw Elementary School located at 58 Elmwood Street, Millbury, MA 01527.

Proposals will be received at the Millbury Public Schools, 12 Martin Street, Millbury, MA 01527 until 2:00 pm on February 7, 2018. Please note, if hand delivering the RFS, the Superintendent’s Office, where Mr. Bedard is located, is on the second floor of a grey building behind Millbury Jr./Sr. High School, 12 Martin Street, Millbury, MA 01527.
