  1. The transfer of NSAM’s share of NFGP/ApS to NFA, Norway.

At the last general meeting (april 2006) all shareholders of NFGP accepted that NSAM assigns its interest in NFGP/ApS to NFA.

The amendments of NFA (Norsk forening for allmennmedisin) establish that NFA is the Norwegian member of NFGP and manage the Norwegian share of NFGP /Aps.

The relationship between NFA and Aplf (Allmennlegeforeningen) is regulated by rules between Aplf and NSAM of 18 November 2006, where the Norwegian share of NFGP /Aps is handed over to NFA.

NFA has accepted the amendments of NFGP and obligations signed by NSAM.

Before 1 October 2007 the colleges have to send address list of members who are to receive the paper version and who are only to receive electronic version for the year 2008.

  1. Account of the Congress Committee and election of members planning the next Congress in Denmark 2009

The Congress Committee wishes to discuss an overall vision and mission for the congresses and asks all the colleges to present their view on this topic at the general meeting.

The Committee has presented this in an editorial in SJPHC and presented vision and mission for the Congress in Iceland (see attached files).

The Committee would also like concrete suggestions for national members of the next committee.
