Dear exhibitors,
SNEC 10th (2016) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition (SNEC PV POWER EXPO 2016) is taking place on May 24-26, 2016 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
To make all exhibitors receive maximum results, the Organizing Committee has launched three special values-added services:
1. SNEC2016 “Top 10 Highlights” Awards and On-site Presentation
To set the latest and most advanced technologies and products apart from other exhibits at the show, the Organizing Committee has launched the specialselection activity and on-site presentation of “Top 10 Highlights”:
The Selection of “Top 10 Highlights”
Selection Process: Exhibitor self-recommendation followed by organizer selection. Exhibitors shall submit the information of “Highlight” (eg. new product/technology) to the Organizing Committee for the evaluation before April 20, 2016. (The schedule is tight; any delay will make application invalid.)
Selection Principles:
1) “Advancement”: the most leading technologies or products in the world;
2) “Originality”: independent innovation technology or product in its own country;
3) “Sociality”: having great social influence and being much likely to attract lots of visitors during exhibition;
4) “Professionalism”: Power devices, materials, equipments, and applications, etc.
5) All kinds of highlights are welcomed to join the competition as long as it can be described with superlatives such as the largest, the latest, and the most beautiful, active, lively, impressive, etc.
Show Patterns:
1) "Top 10 Highlights" will be released at the Press Conference of SNEC 2016;
2) The Organizing Committee will set upspecial show areafor "Top 10 Highlights" at the exhibition site and invite media to cover and report them;
3) Exhibitors, chosen as "Top 10 Highlights", will be awarded certificates in the “Awards Ceremony”;
4) "Top 10 Highlights" will be published on the “Show Daily” newspaper distributed during the exhibition.
On-site Presentation on “Top 10 Highlight”
How to apply：
Please fill in the form as attached below and send it to Secretariat of SNEC (2016) PV POWER CONFERENCE Organizing Committee if you would like to apply for an on-site presentation opportunity to introduce your Highlight. We will make unified arrangement on all presentations and inform you the schedule thereafter.
About the Presentation：
1) We will offer a 10-15mins time-slot for each presentation which shall focus on the Highlight submitted other than totally company advertisement or promotion.
2) The on-site presentation about Highlight is free; please provide some gifts for the event.
3) In order to guarantee the smoothness and order of the meeting progress, oral presentation materials (Max. 15 slides) are required byApril 31, 2016. Any hesitation on the pretext of confidential elements will not be accepted as we assume that all information in a presentation shall be public. SNEC organizing committee hereby promises that all the materials submitted will not be publicized in any way from our source before the conference dates.
2. SNEC Mall Exchange Service Platform
The SNEC 10th (2016) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Exhibition has the largest number of customers in photovoltaic industry, showcases the most advanced techniques, good-quality projects and high-end products and connects with best talents across the globe. To fully promote them, SNEC PV POWER EXPO launches an exchange platform at the exhibition site where four sessions of exchange will be held.

3. Global Media Joint Interview
To better serve business leaders, promote communication between major leaders and media, and improve the efficiency of interview, the Organizing Committee sets up a “Media Zone” and invites journalists from mainstream media in and abroad to host, interview and popularize at full speed. These media will include PV Magazine, PV-TECH, Energy Trend, Photon, Sun&Wind Energy, Global Solar Technology, SolarPV.TV, DARMEI, Ne21, etc.
