Definitions
1.In this Regulation,
“gross weight” has the same meaning as in subsection 1 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act; (“poids brut”)
“heavy multiple unit vehicle” means a truck or tractor, and one or more trailers, that has a gross weight or registered gross weight greater than 5,000 kilograms; (“véhicule lourd à unités multiples”)
“heavy single unit vehicle” means a truck, tractor, school bus, urban transit bus or inter-city bus that has a gross weight or registered gross weight greater than 5,000 kilograms; (“véhicule lourd à unité simple”)
“heavy vehicle” means a heavy multiple unit vehicle or a heavy single unit vehicle”; (“véhicule lourd”)
“inter-city bus” has the same meaning as in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 199/07 (Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspections) made under the Highway Traffic Act; (“autobus interurbain”)
“registered gross weight” has the same meaning as in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 340/94 (Drivers’ Licences) made under the Highway Traffic Act; (“poids brut enregistré”)
“school bus” has the same meaning as in subsection 175 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act; (“autobus scolaire”)
“urban transit bus” means a bus that is operated as part of a service for which a fare is charged for transporting the public by vehicles operated,
(a)by or on behalf of a municipality or a local board as defined in the Municipal Affairs Act, or
(b)under an agreement between a municipality and a person, firm or corporation. (“autobus urbain”)
Tolls payable for July 1, 2015 to May 31, 2017
2.The tolls payable for the operation of a vehicle on Highway 407 East for the period beginning on July 1, 2015 and ending on May 31, 2017 are set out in Schedules 1, 2 and 3.

Schedule 1
Tolls Payable for Vehicles that are not heavy Vehicles
1.Weekdays, beginning at 6:00:00 a.m. and ending at 9:59:59 a.m., $0.29 per kilometre.
2.Weekdays, beginning at 10:00:00 a.m. and ending at 2:59:59 p.m., $0.23 per kilometre.
3.Weekdays, beginning at 3:00:00 p.m. and ending at 6:59:59 p.m., $0.29 per kilometre.
4.Weekdays, beginning at 7:00:00 p.m. and ending at 5:59:59 a.m., $0.19 per kilometre.
5.Weekends and holidays, beginning at 11:00:00 a.m. and ending at 6:59:59 p.m., $0.22 per kilometre.
6.Weekends and holidays, beginning at 7:00:00 p.m. and ending at 10:59:59 a.m., $0.19 per kilometre.
Schedule 2
Tolls payable for heavy Single Unit Vehicles
1.Weekdays, beginning at 6:00:00 a.m. and ending at 9:59:59 a.m., $0.58 per kilometre.
2.Weekdays, beginning at 10:00:00 a.m. and ending at 2:59:59 p.m., $0.46 per kilometre.
3.Weekdays, beginning at 3:00:00 p.m. and ending at 6:59:59 p.m., $0.58 per kilometre.
4.Weekdays, beginning at 7:00:00 p.m. and ending at 5:59:59 a.m., $0.38 per kilometre.
5.Weekends and holidays, beginning at 11:00:00 a.m. and ending at 6:59:59 p.m., $0.44 per kilometre.
6.Weekends and holidays, beginning at 7:00:00 p.m. and ending at 10:59:59 a.m., $0.38 per kilometre.
Schedule 3
Tolls payable for heavy multiple Unit Vehicles
1.Weekdays, beginning at 6:00:00 a.m. and ending at 9:59:59 a.m., $0.87 per kilometre.
2.Weekdays, beginning at 10:00:00 a.m. and ending at 2:59:59 p.m., $0.69 per kilometre.
3.Weekdays, beginning at 3:00:00 p.m. and ending at 6:59:59 p.m., $0.87 per kilometre.
4.Weekdays, beginning at 7:00:00 p.m. and ending at 5:59:59 a.m., $0.57 per kilometre.
5.Weekends and holidays, beginning at 11:00:00 a.m. and ending at 6:59:59 p.m., $0.66 per kilometre.
6.Weekends and holidays, beginning at 7:00:00 p.m. and ending at 10:59:59 a.m., $0.57 per kilometre.
