PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
1) All the information entered on this form is true and accurate.
2) In the event that the submission is accepted for screening, entrants are legally bound to provide the production in the festival format indicated in this entry form by no later than 21st Sept 2018.
3) By submitting my film, I grant permission for its use in the Cinemagic Festival’s promotional materials, for press, promotional and public screenings, as a part of the Festival’s outreach education programmes in schools, in cultural venues and in the Festival’s online exhibition programmes.
4) The undersigned is legally authorised by the producer/director to enter this film in the Festival. Once entered, films and videos may not be withdrawn from participation in the Festival.
