PERA @ Roosevelt Lake - GENERAL RULES and REGULATIONS
1.Any reservation is subject to cancellation by PERA for cause or for corporate business.
2. Reservations are non-transferable.
3. Members and/or spouses may not make reservations for guests if the Member/spouse do not accompany at the facility.
4. Members must be at least 21 years old to reserve a house.
5. Members and/or spouses are responsible for themselves and their guests complying with these Rules and Regulations.
6. Keys must be turned into the office at the end of your stay. The member must come to the office or make priorarrangements for payment.
7.Check-out is 1:00 pm. There is a $50 fine for leaving after the check-out time.
8. Reservations may be made up to one (1) year in advance, subject to the following conditions:
A.Only one reservation is allowed on the books within a 2 month period by any one member at a time.
B.A maximum of 2 houses per reservation, except Holidays (see below).
9.Holiday Reservations: Only one (1) house may be reserved. All cancellation rules apply with the exception ofreservations made for less than 6 months in advance which require a 14-day notice.
10.Cancellations: Any reservation made 6 months to one year in advance requires a 45-day notice to cancel andreservations made less than 6 months in advance require a 7-day advance cancellation notice except Holidays (see #9 above). Alate cancellation fee equal to one night’s rent will be charged for any late cancellation or any part of the reservation weare unable to re-book. Canceling anyportion of the reservation cancels the entirereservation.
11.Long-Term Reservation Cancellations: You may not cancel any part of a reservation of 3 nights (4 days) ormore. Canceling anyportion of the reservation cancels the entirereservation.
12. “No Shows”will be charged one night’s rental and will not be allowed a reservation for one calendar year.
13.The house will be checked for cleanliness, damage, and missing inventory items. If the house is found to be in anunacceptable condition the member making the reservation will be responsible for any costs of cleaning, damage andreplacement of inventory items. Required cleaning charges will be a minimum of $40.00, and charged at the rate of$20.00 (plus tax) per hour plus materials thereafter.
14.Cleaning Requirements: The house must be left in the same condition as it was when you arrived; cleaningresponsibilities are listed inside each house. Members may also elect to have PERA staff clean the house for a one time perstay fee of $40.00. Some cleaning conditions still apply; see list inside house.
15.The maximum occupancy of a house rental shallnot exceed 10people. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
16.There is a 3-vehicle limit per house and all vehicles are to park in designated areas in front of your rented house. A vehicle and trailer areconsidered two vehicles.
17. Firearms, air rifles, BB guns, pellet guns or paint ball guns may not be carried openly or used within the facility. Violation of this critical safety rule will result in immediate eviction from the facility.
18. Pet Policy,including but not limited to:
(A) When outside of the yard the pet must be on a leash and under control; (B) The pet may not be left unattended or out of your control in the house or yard at any time; (C) Pet litter/droppings must be cleaned up prior to departure; (D) Members will be charged for any costs or damage caused by pets.
19.Motorhomes, campers, RV trailers, or other recreational vehicles are not allowed on the property.
20.Skateboards, scooters and roller blades may not be used within the facility.
21.Off road vehiclesmay be operated within the facility, provided the vehicle is licensed for highway, insured forliability, and operated by a licensed driver. Speed limits apply.
22. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. daily.
23. Excessive noiseor disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated and any member or member’s guest may berequired to leave the property at the discretion of management.
24.The Clubhouseis open 24 hours a day. After 10:00 p.m., no one under age 18 is permitted in the Clubhousewithout a responsible adult present. At all times, the member is responsible for their guests using the Clubhouse.
25.All indoor and common areas are designated NO SMOKINGareas.
26.Absolutely no engaging in, or setup of, any Hang Gliding or Base Jumping related activities are to be performed byanyone while on PERA Club/SRP property.
27.TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED on the property. Everyone and anyone must get permission BEFOREsetting up anything else in the back yard.
These Rules and Regulations are subject to revision without notice.
