Good Hands Community Care (www.goodhandcares.com) a leading licensed non-medical Home Care agency in Memphis is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our growing team! Candidate will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads, promoting a positive company image and attending community functions, professional organizations and other networking events as a company representative.

POSITION OVERVIEW

·  Responsible for generating client leads and closing sales.

·  Leverage current client relationships and establish new partnerships with physicians, hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation facilities, which result in new clients each month.

·  Build a commission-only based sales team and receive a portion of the commission generated by the team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBLITIES

·  Responsible for generating client leads and closing sales.

·  Maintain contact with current referral sources in the market.

·  Build a commission-only sales team.

·  Building the reputation of the company by attending and presenting at health fairs, industry conventions, and local events.

·  Develops a list of qualified leads through referral, telephone canvassing cold calling, direct mail, e-mail and networking.

·  Create and give effective presentations at senior care facilities, community events, and health fairs.

·  Identify and prioritize events the company should attend.

·  Initiate and maintain healthcare contacts within assigned territory. Maintain daily contact with key hospital departments, physicians and their staff, discharge planners, social workers, and community representatives.

·  Comply with all aspects of the Company’s Compliance Program and HIPPA regulations.

MEASUREABLE ACTIVITIES

·  Conduct an average of 10+ face-to-face/sales calls daily; Conduct an average of 40 to 50 face-to-face/sales calls weekly; Generate a minimum of 5clients per month.

·  Provide timely, accurate completion of reports, worksheets, and information as requested by Executive Director and Director of Sales & Marketing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·  Energetic, goal driven, customer focused and results orientated

·  Ability to articulate the value of broad and comprehensive home care service offerings

·  Excellent planning and organizational skills

·  A track record of impeccable character, behavior and conduct

·  Comfortable cold calling potential clients and following up on sales leads

·  Previous sales experience preferred

·  Proven ability to achieve sales quotas

·  Must have reliable transportation. Gas allowance will be provided.

·  Comfortable presenting to groups and interacting one on one

·  Computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and email

·  High School Diploma

Salary: $9.00 per hour + commission.
