Dear Plaza Vista Families
As we look ahead to the 2015-2016 school year, we will again be asking all Middle School students to attend “Jump to Success”. Jump to Success allows all middle school students to pick up their class schedules, check out textbooks, take ID card and school photos and turn in all paperwork, fees and donations prior to the first day of school. In an effort to “go green” the Irvine Unified School District is continuing with our online confirmation process. Prior to Jump to Success, you will need to complete the On-line Registration Packet. This process will provide parents/guardians the opportunity to update information that may have changed over the course of the year(s) making the school’s data on each child current. It enables us to go green by having you read school rules/policies etc., without having to print them out. Even if this is your child’s first year in IUSD, it will allow you to you view your information and make any necessary changes.
We have broken down the pre-registration process into two parts; the first is on-line, and the second will take place at Plaza Vista School on Monday,
July 20, 2015, (middle school students ONLY). On this particular Monday, all incoming 6th, 7th and 8th graders will come to school during their assigned times:
6th Grade:
Letters A-K:
8:00 AM
Letters L-Z:
8:30 AM
7th Grade:
Letters A-K:
9:15 AM
Letters L-Z:
9:45 AM
8th Grade:
Letters A-J:

Letters K-Z: 10:45 AM
Please note – Jump to Success is for grades 6-8 only. TK & Kindergarten through 5th grade students will NOT come on July 20th; as their forms will come home from school on the first day, Tuesday, July 21, 2015.
