M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., a SEZ Unit-2 located at ETL SEZ has intimated vide their letter no. nil dated: 06.09.2010 , to transfer DTA capital goods from Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., located at RR Skyline Infotech, No. 18,19 & 20, Industrial Estate, ambattur, Chennai – 600 058 6 to their SEZ unit located at TCSL, “Chennai One” –SEZ Unit-2, ETL-SEZ located at “ 200FT, Thoraipakkam - Pallavaram Ring Road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai – 600 097 on permanent basis (DTA to SEZ). They have requested for the transfer of “CanonR2318L with DADF, Duplex unit, network Adapter and toner IR Low Printer”
The unit has invested about Rs. 676.28 lakhs of new assets in M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, ETL SEZ unit - 2. The unit has already transferred CG worth Rs. 22.46 lakhs Now, they propose to transfer CG worth Rs. 0.83 lakhs (depreciation value). Hence, the total value of second hand goods would be Rs.23.29 lakhs, which is less that 20 % (Rs. 83.90 lakhs) of their total investment.
The above transfer of capital goods is as per the instruction no. B-11/3/2008-SEZ dated 12th Aug 2009.

M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd., a SEZ Unitlocated at ETL SEZ has intimated vide their letter no. nil dated: 27.08.2010 , to transfer used capital goods from M/s. Alcatel Lucent IndiaLtd., unit-II- STP unitlocated at Plot No. Super B1, RR Tower III, 6th floor, Thiru Vi K Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai – 600 032 to their unit located at Chennai One-SEZ Unit(ETL –SEZ), 200 ft Thoraipakkam Road, Thoraipakkam,Chennai – 96 on permanent basis (STP to SEZ).
The unit has invested about Rs.9684.99 lakhs of new assets in the M/s. Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, ETL SEZ unit.And has already transferred CG worthRs. 160.63 lakhs (Depreciated value), Now they propose to transfer CG worth Rs.296.22 lakhs. Hence, the total value of second hand goods would be Rs.456.85 lakhs (Depreciated value), which is less that 20 % (Rs.1936.99Lakhs) of their total investment.
The above transfer of capital goods is as per the instruction no. B-11/3/2008-SEZ dated 12th Aug 2009.

M/s TRIL Infopark Ltd- SEZ developer., have requested approval vide letter no. TRIL AO:059; dt. 08.09.2010, to procure indigenous materials like W.T.P, Epoxy flooring system, Automatic Revolving doors & door Accessories etc., and also to procure imported materials like Elevators & Escalators, Fire alam System etc., for their authorized operations.
