I’ll do everything I can to ensure your show runs smoothly and to help you reach your goals for free and half priced products.
Here’s what is included in your hostess pack and a few things you need to know:
OVER INVITE! Not everyone will be able to come, so over-invite! Set a goal of inviting at least 40-50 people. You may be thinking “I don’t know that many people”. Don’t worry! I have enclosed a worksheet called “40 guest in 4 minutes”. This is a worksheet that will help you quickly and easily come up with 40 people to invite. You’ll find when you are done; there will be people you think of that aren’t even on the sheet, so add them! If you have FaceBook, you can also create an event on there.
GUEST LIST: I have included a guest list for you to fill out and return to me in the postage paid envelope provided. If you’ll have those back to me 2 weeks before your party, I’ll send them out for you
CATALOGS & ORDER FORMS: I have included catalogs for you to share with your friends who may not be able to attend your party. When taking an order, there is FREE SHIPPING as long as all orders are shipped one place AND you have a minimum of $150 in product sales. I normally have all the orders shipped to me, individually wrap them, and return them to you. You call your guests and let them know their orders have arrived. Orders generally arrive within 2 weeks of the closing of your show (all orders and payment to me) When guests order directly from my website, instead of through you, there will be a shipping charge of aprox. $8. There’s nothing I can do about that charge. They’re orders will be shipped directly to them.
FACEBOOK: If you have facebook, you can create an Event. This is another great way to ensure good attendance. If we are facebook friends, I’ll take care of this for you. Feel free to add me! I’ll post pictures to entice your guests. If you create your own event, use my link on your event wall and let people know they can order directly from my site. Their orders will count towards your party. My website link is:
INVITATIONS: I have added some invitations for you. Fill them out and carry them with you. When you run into someone you may have forgotten, you’ll have an invitation ready.
THE PARTY: If you chose to serve a snack, please keep it simple.
Remember, guests are coming to smell and not eat. Sit back, relax and enjoy your friends and the demonstration.
