2.  Escort athletes to and from restrooms when necessary/available

3.  Obtain event sheets for the next event(s) and get them to the event officials

4.  Oversee the athletes while at the event. Assist where needed

5.  Assist in setting the next event start time – at least 30 minutes after the end of the previous event

6.  Record start/finish times, heats/flights, and opening heights on the coordinator sheets

7.  Sign the official event sheet, have the CE Referee review & sign it, get it to the Scoring area

8.  Know the rules for the events, and if you have a concern, address that to the CE Referee
