I: About the registration fee

The information of the registration fee can be found on www.cuhts.org/registration/

The registration fee can be paid either by bank transfer before the conference or by cash or credit card when you arrive in the conference hotel (check is not acceptable). When you choose to pay by bank transfer, please do write the paper No‘IHTS14****’ and the corresponding author’s name (For instance, IHTS140009_Y.H.Gan). Also, please send an email to us after you have paid the fee so that we can check the money with the bank and then send back the payment confirmation to you. II：The accommodation fee

The Loong Palace Hotel & Resort has kindly agreed to offer special rate to the participants of IHTS2014. The conference attendances will directly pay the accommodation fee to the hotel reception desk when arriving at the hotel.

III：Visa & Invitation Letter

In general, visitors to China must have a valid passport and, in most cases, an appropriate Chinese visa. A Tourist Visa (L Visa) will suffice for you to attend the conference, and you do not need to show the invitation letter when you apply for Tourist Visa. You’d better check with your local Chinese Embassy or Consulate General for your visa application details at your earliest convenience. If it is required that a Business Visa (F Visa) is a must, you probably need a letter of invitation issued from the Conference organizer.
