Debris Box Information / Recology of San Mateo offers debris box services to residents of Pacifica.
Bulky Item Pick Up / Residential customers receive 2 curbside Bulky Item Collections per calendaryear at no additional charge (available Mon – Fri, on your regular collectionday). If you exceed your number of free pickups, you may request additionalcollections for a fee. Please visit item-recycling/ to schedule an appointment.
Holiday Tree Removal / Recology San Mateo County will collect holiday trees curbside for composting between December 26 and January 31, on the regular collection day. PLEASE REMOVE ALL DECORATIONS AND TREE STANDS. Flocked trees acceptable. Place next to green compost cart. Trees may be up to 8 feet in length. For trees longer than 8 feet, please cut the tree before placing the pieces next to, or in, the compost cart. After January 31st, please cut the tree to fit inside the compost cart.
