Title: Please provide the proposed title for the session (limit 15 words/75 characters).

Session Description: This summary will be used for evaluation purposes, as well as for the conference program. Your description should tell the reader what topics the session will cover, what they can expect to learn, and be no more than 100 words.

Session Outline: Prepare an outline for your session highlighting the main topic points. The outline will be used in evaluating your proposal and for accreditation. (Limit 250 words.)

Learning Objectives: Please provide at least three (3) learning objectives that each attendee should be able to attain by the end of the session. (Limit 100 words each.)

Audience Participation: The best sessions are those in which the audience feels engaged with the speakers and included in the discussion. Please share how your session will be interactive and engage with the participants. (Limit 100 words.)

Additional Information: Please use this space to share any additional information about your session with the selection committee.
