SUBJECT: Leadership Supplements 2011-2012 School Year

Supplement positions for the 2011-2012 School Year may be tentatively selected prior to the end of this school year. If you would like to continue with your current leadership role(s)/Supplement(s) or be considered for one of the listed supplement positions, on the back of this memorandum, please submit this form to Mrs. Sonia Martinez, no later than Tuesday, May 17. All positions are selected by the Principal on an annual basis to provide teachers with an opportunity to have a contributing role in school-level planning and program development. Due to the most recent budget limitations and the proposed changes to our school, all or some of these supplements may not be available.
